Q. Do I have to order online?
No. We gladly accept telephone orders between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Just call 410-987-6410.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept for online orders?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q. How will you ship my order and what’s the cost?
All Things Annapolis is proud to offer UPS delivery service for all orders, except in the rare circumstance that UPS does not deliver to the address you provide. For APO and APO addresses we will use the Unites States Postal Service.
We ship all orders as soon as possible and aim to ship within 2 - 3 business days. Average delivery time is 2 - 7 business days. If you need your order sooner, we are happy to expedite your package with UPS. There is an upcharge for faster service. Let us know how quickly you need your order and we will get it to you. If your order has been damaged while in transit, please keep the merchandise along with the original packing and call our office at 410-987-6410.

Q How quickly will my order arrive?
On-line orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. They are shipped via UPS Ground Service within the Continental United States with delivery times varying from 1 to 7 business days from pick-up. If you need your order sooner, please call us at 410-987-6410.

Q. Must I be home to receive my order?
Not necessarily. It is at the UPS driver’s discretion as to whether or not they will leave your package without a signature.
Q. What about sales tax?
Sales tax of 6% must be added to any order delivered within the state of Maryland.
Q. What is your Return Policy?
In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit, please contact All Things Annapolis upon receipt at 410-987-6410 for specific “return for replacement” instructions.
For any other returns, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy. Returns must be shipped to All Things Annapolis, 1601 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401 (at customer’s expense) via an insured and trackable carrier. The item(s) must be in their original packaging in unused condition. Upon receipt of your return in its original packaging and unused condition, 100% of your purchase price (less shipping charges) will be credited back to the card used for initial purchase. All Things Annapolis reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
